Hi cal™ provides the essential mineral calcium necessary for strong bones and teeth. In order for calcium to be properly absorbed sufficient vitamin D must be present.  Hi cal™ combines both calcium and vitamin D for optimal absorption and utilisation in a readily absorbable soft-gel capsule.

Directions: Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules, 2 times daily with food, or as professionally advised.
