Flaxomega™ Flax seed oil is one of the best natural plant sources of both omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids (EFAs). EFAs are vital for health, however they are unable to be made in the body so it is important they are obtained from quality foods or supplements. EFAs are especially important for brain and cardiovascular function, skin and joint health.

Flaxomega™ Flax Oil is New Zealand grown and certified organic.

Available in 250ml & 500ml.

Directions: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily or as professionally advised.

Ingredients: Organic cold pressed Flax seed oil (100%). Antioxidant (natural vitamin E from soy).

Serving suggestions: Include in salad dressings, marinades, spreads or dips, add to porridge, smoothies, yoghurt or drizzle over vegetables.
